Park and Zoo

Sunday Scott and I took the kids to Avery park in Dublin. It was a beautiful day so we had to get out. This park is brand new. It was great. The park is very kid friendly. Lots of play area for every age. They have this tennis court that is fenced in but no nets up yet. Perfect spot o kick a ball around. Grisham had a blast kicking the ball with daddy. There was a little boy riding his bike in the tennis courts and decided to join in on the fun. Genevieve had her own little ball to chase. After kicking the ball we went back to the playground for more sliding, swinging and climbing. Grisham and Genevieve even found some sticks to "play"the drums. Fun!
Wednesday's playgroup was at the zoo. One of my favorites places to go. The kids saw the reptiles, flamingos, penguins, gorillas and bonobos. The day was cooler so the animals were out and moving around. After a quick trip through Africa we went to the play area to burn off some energy.
