I need some help with the blog. I have been trying to set a new background for my blog and have been very unsuccessful. I am a complete idiot when it comes to the computer. If anyone knows something about placing a new back ground from the cutest blog on the block, help!!

when you go to CBOTB site, go to free backgrounds and then scroll down to see the different ones (there are categories on the left). click on the one you want, scroll down to where it says "copy and paste this code". highlight the code, right click to copy, then go to your blog "layout". click on edit for "HTML/JavaScript". erase the code that is in the box that pops up and paste what you have copied to that part. (i would have both sites open at the same time). then make sure to Save it. hope this helps!
check my blog. it has a poppy designs link on it and it was THE EASIEST ever to do. Very simple, step by step directions.
What Michal typed was correct, but if you don't have one already, you go to layout, click on "Add a Gadget" and choose "HTML/JavaScript." Then you choose the template you want from CBOTB, copy it, and paste it in the new HTML gadget like Michal described. From then on, whenever you want to change it you just edit the "HTML/Javascript" that you already added, but you have to add one first. Good luck!
